15 year old girl Exercising Question?!?!?

I am a 15 year old girl that weighs approximately 84 pounds. I exercised for 40 minutes tonight and the treadmill says I burnt 600 calories. I know this isn't accurate, but I many calories do you think I actually did burn? I dance 3 hours per week, and run/walk/jog on the treadmill about 4-6 times a week. I also lift weights every other day. I watch what I eat, and I consume about 1200-1400 calories a day. When I came in from exercising I had an apple with a serving of soy butter. Was that snack healthy? How can I still stay healthy while on a road trip? BTW I am 5' tall : )
