$15 second line impact on main account?

This is a question about the texts talking about, "add a used cricket phone for only $15 and get first month's service free."

But, if I end up just getting the free month on the used phone I bring in and then don't pay after that is it going to affect my original phone (the main phone on the account)?
 
Yes, the $15 is only an act fee, and first month is free, after that, u pay the normal bill of whatever plan you choose to put on the new line.
 
Yes, once you add that line to your account and if you don't pay the amount of both bills in full both phones get cut off. Doesn't matter if whoever your adding the line for is a few days short of coming up with the money, if it's not paid when the bill is due both phones are cut off.
 
Ok I was thinking about using this offer for a deadbeat and was worried that if the extra phone was not paid it would affect my phone which apparantly it does so I will make sure I don't take cricket up on the offer.
