hai i am sine. my passport is in Canadian consulate in India(new Delhi) for stamping it reached on there 25 feb of last month from canada.i applied for the TRV(temporary work visa) in October of last year. i heard a new rule is applicable from the next month, is it applicable for me? how many days will may take in consulate for completing the process? i heard they must sent an invoice to canada before 15 working days is it true?i got the LMO copy and offer letter copy in December.
