My stomach sticks out a lot.. but only around my belly button? I have been doing 120 sit ups a day for a long time, and it doesn't seem to help. I know its normal to stick out some but I am talking like 3 inches. Everywhere else I am small. I weight 125 pounds, 15 years of age, and I am medium size for my body frame. When I eat, my stomach sticks out even more. I don't get it. Are there any exercises that can get rid of this? Or diets? Just something please.
