Im 14, tall about 6"1 or 2 and about 85 kg or 187 lbs and im trying to build up muscle in General, especially around stomach and chest. i have a gym at school that has weights and most gym equipment. i do rowing 3 times a week for about 2 hours each time. i have seen the fat going down from the rowing but i haven't been gaining muscle in the stomach and chest. i am good at crunches but that's pretty much it i can barley do a push up or chin up, and im alright at doing weights. Can anyone give me an idea what I should do, or even come up with a regimen for me? Thank you.
