I live in the UK, and am under an NHS doctor. My baby was conceived in mid-May (I know this, as it's the only sexual encounter I've had with a man for several years so can be that precise!!) and did several home pregnancy tests before going to see my doctor 3 weeks ago. He asked me to drop in a urine sample for a 'hospital pregnancy test' and I have not had a phonecall or letter with the results yet. Is this something I need to go to my doctors and ask for, and how would I go about organising a scan and a midwife etc? I don't want to keep bothering my doctor, but I just feel a bit lost! I thought I would have had a scan by now and some blood tests, and some advice. Is this normal?
14 weeks, no scan, no blood tests, no confirmation?
