Also, is it beneficial to exercise more for the lack of eating healthy foods (not necessarily junk food). If I dont eat like a freak and diet, is it possible to make up for it by working out more?
Coupled with 8000 situps, 300 pushups and 2 hours lifting weights in 4 days. Is that too much working out for the body to take? I'm feeling tired and sleeping a lot more as a result. Is it because I've been working out a lot more lately?

Throughout the summer, I do ~2000 ab workouts every day. An hour lifting weights every 3 days and barely ran. I've picked up running more as a hobby in the past week.

Should I keep doing this routine to get a cut body (not HUGE, just defined) and risk fatigue or tone it down a bit?
