13 year old girl exercise plan?please help!?

don't stress about it,stressing out about things is unhealthy especially for someone your age.

Best thing to do is eat healthily & do regular exercise.
 
So I'm 13 years old, I'm 161 cm tall (5 ft), I weight 69 kilos (138 lbs), and I used my wii-fit to calculate my BMI and it says that I'm overweight, I really need to lose about 9 kilos (18 lbs) before july, I just need an exercise plan, thanks;)
