125cc's or less for a dirt bike?

ok so my parents and everyone else i know is saying that a 125cc dirt bike is way to power full for me and im 13, 4ft 11 in. and 113 pounds and i really want to know how manny cc's shold i get.....
 
Im 16 I have a 250 CC Dirt Bike. But im 6'4 and 187 Pds. I mean for u i would go Honda CRF 100 F Its in the source thing i got a link for you. Neighbor has had one for 2 years he loves it. And Hondas are extremely durable Bikes
