ok i have been reading up if i pass the 125cc bike test i am restricted to 33bhp for 2 years and cc providing it does not exceed 33bhp.
# Take the 125 Motorcycle test (This is referred to as a 125 intense course)
# Ride any motorcycle up to a maximum of 33bhp (This can be any CC provided it is 33bhp)
Now my question i am looking at the peugoet satelis which comes in 125 250 and 400cc the 400cc peugeot satelis bhp is 32.6 BHp so does that mean if i pass the 125cc bike test could i legally ride a 400cc peugoet satlis 400cc at 32.6 bhp please as i am rather confussed some people are saying i can only ride a 125cc for two years then go to any size others are saying any CC as long as it does not exceed 33BHP i would just like a serious straight answer. Please and Thank You
