1198S Exhaust Question

I've got a quick question. I've got a 2010 1198S and my exhaust glows red at the bottom of the bike. They are glowing at the headers. Any1 else had this problem?

he didnt mention if he has stock exhaust, full system etc...riding style, lots of city riding?
i would not love to see em glowing...

trust me, they glow, let the bike idle for some time and reach high temps, or go ride in traffic at night and look at the back cylinder in the dark. It really should glow cherry red. I have seen peeps take pics of it on this site, and both my 1098 and my buddy 1198 do that

Wow! No wonder when the temp guage reads 217 my ass reads 250!

Mine did not glow even when it was run at full load on the dyno............ Sounds like you guys might be a bit on the lean side to me. It takes about 950 degrees to make Stainless steel glow red........ That's a sure sign of excessively lean mixtures.
