hi just bought a exercise bike before got pregnant and i would like to start using it again i have more energy and was woundering what is too much i mean 15 mins 30 mins or a hour of just normal flat riding. I normally i have the resistance strenght 3 is it ok? Also i normalabout 30 mins walking on the running machine is that still ok can i do both or not? Dont want to put me or my baby in danger but would like to stay fit and healthy. Thank you.
