11 weeks pregnant and exercise bike? please help.?

hi just bought a exercise bike before got pregnant and i would like to start using it again i have more energy and was woundering what is too much i mean 15 mins 30 mins or a hour of just normal flat riding. I normally i have the resistance strenght 3 is it ok? Also i normalabout 30 mins walking on the running machine is that still ok can i do both or not? Dont want to put me or my baby in danger but would like to stay fit and healthy. Thank you.
 
My doctor said an exercise bike and treadmill are fine - especially early in the pregnancy. If you were very active before getting pregnant, you should stay active during your pregnancy. It will make your pregnancy and delivery easier. Make sure to avoid lifting weights, and if you start to feel tired, stop immediately.
