10points-How do I put games apps onto iphone?

I have chosen 4 games I want.I have stalled it into my applications. What do I do next...
please give me proper detailed instructions.

It doesn't show me the sync bottom.

ok what you want to do is click on your iphone on itunes and you will see 4 or more tabs
click on applications and then you will see sync and on the bottom it will say apply now you have your 4 games on your phone

Plug your ipod into your computer. Wait till it finishes syncing then click on the "apps" tab and make sure its selected to sync.

There is a wire that goes from ur cpu to your iphone, plug iphone in, and go to apple store, click on apps and search for the ones u want to download. U have to have an apple id though
