So, they re-did the set up and your stalling issue is fixed? In that case it sounds like your bike was a "set up" issue and not some thing more serious.

congratulations! (Even if you do hate cops, I wish you well )

Thanks for posting your results.

hi guys, i havn't had any stalling problems (tricolore, termi cans+ecu) however my problem is that she idles at anything from 1850-2400 rpm, took it back to dealer and they said that the 70mm ecu should cure this?? will let you all no, its beign fitted on saturday (12th)

Hi Hazzy, I have a Tricolore also that stalls on me occassionally when at idle, I'll send my dealer here to read these postings, hopefully that'll fix that issue for me. More importantly, "how many kms did you have on your bike before the termi cans were put on?". My dealer is telling me that I'd have to do between 2.5 and 5k before they go on. Is this the case? Thanks.

Just picked up 1098s with Termi slipons and after 50 mile ride it shut off. I was in first gear entering a right hand turn and let off the throttle only to discover the motor quit, almost dumped it. Not a fun first day. The red oil light came on at the same time and I could swear I saw the dash say "racing" I could be mistaken plus I would hardly call 15 mph racing.
I also discoved after purchasing the DP stand that it did not fit my axel (slightly larger pin), I returned it to the dealer and it was news to them that Ducati has changed the rear axel mid run to a smaller size. Awesome!!

i have 400 miles on mine and for the first 300 i rode it as prescribed and kept it under 6,000 rpm and i had a few stalling issues (and even a noise issue) which bother me because im an anal freak when it comes to my bike, and i consulted a very reliable source my friend who is a highly respected motorcycle mechanic and he said dont baby like ducati says to, he said ride it hard like normal with high rpm revs and all and that would fix my problem. Since he told me this i have been taking my rpm's to normal places even to the first redline and since then no stalling or problems what so ever!!!
