103 problems?

So far mine is good. The factory build comes with ACR which is a plus too. Considering the cost of the Powerpak and what you get, it's a good investment and much cheaper than doing the 103" on your own.

have a 2010 limited best hd i owned to date no issues but am going to the se255 cams and hd tuner. the cats are very restrictive and hold the engine back. For a stock hd you cant go wrong. unless of course you can find a 1340 with 0 miles on it.
 
Stock configuration it's fine, it needs the stock HD exhaust off in a heart beat and on the trash heap.

Once you get it home call Jamie at Fuel Moto, tell him what you have, whip out the mastercard and you'll be set, or should I say, ever smiling every time you fire it up.

Its a good motor, it can run with the stock cams, just call Jamie.

No offense but the 2011 103's have only been out what a month or so, probably not enough time to tell if there is going to be any issues with the new parent material rods and cam plate crank bearings. I bought one anyway lol.

In reference to the new materials, are you meaning with this 2011 factory build or the same changes they made a couple of years ago?

new for 2011, the crank rods no longer have bushings just parent rod material and the crank bushing in the cam plate no longer is a bushing just parent material like what he cams run in.

apperently all replacement cranks will be the same as will the replacement cam plates.
