100w 3 ohm sub to a 4 ohm 15w amp?

is it possible to hook up a 5", 3 ohm,100w sub to a 4 ohm 15w amp?(the amp is tda2030a chip)
can you recommend a trick to hack it? pls help!!!
is polarization matters when connecting speakers???
