Some stuff I've noticed and some I havent'.

Street performer in the park playing sax? Didn't know.

Hotdog stands have a propane tank that can explode? Didn't know.

Nice list, I've noticed most of those before though. The hot dog stand thing I found because I tried to drive through one while running from the cops, lol.

Can you go into that videogame arcade?
 
I can't really confirm this fully, but it seems like when u call 911, it takes them longer to bring out services to the bad areas of town or sometimes they don't come at all.
 
I think one of the craziest details is when you drive through certain parts of the game, you can see different nationalities displayed. Obviously the chinese people in China town and the italians in algonquin and alderney.

But, what really hit me is one part of alderney is loaded with Portuguese flags. (I'm Portuguese btw). Like, that is such a very, very small detail but its something I would never even think of. Its also extremely discreet because I drove by that section a couple of times without even noticing that at all.

Also, I love when you leave your door open, you can still hear the radio.
 
The attention to detail is amazing.. such a shame that most of it is wasted as you speed by. Anyone ever tried taking a cab down the length of the central island and just looking out the window? When you stop at traffic lights etc it just looks incredible.
