100 Greatest Stand-Ups 2010 (Next Friday)

I watched the show. Basically a rehash of the one they did before. I tried to watch out for the new bits, but kept flicking over to the golf, so probably missed a bit of it. My general impression was that it was better than the original effort, but they could have revamped it more and updated some of the footage (standup and talkback bits).

I was surprised to see that Stewart Lee had jumped up from 41st to 12th in the standings... I also think that they need to do an updated "funny person" episode, that doesn't just involve standups. For instance, no David Mitchell in the list (unless I was watching golf during that bit). More importantly, no room for people like Stephen Fry, John Cleese, Spike Milligan, Peter Cook, Eric Morecombe etc etc. They need a proper list of funny people that aren't necessarily stand ups.
 
I think I know who your talking about.. he may have appeared on Mock the Week in the last series... can't remember his name, but remember him to be a bit of a tit.
 
I happened to find the original show on Youtube after I posted this.

I fear from the adverts that it could be the same old vignettes and interviews with the comedians reappearing, I sorely hope this isn't the case.
 
Only two racist sh!ts- you should be trying harder. btw if Jerry actually saw you put him on the same list as Bernard and Frankie he would freak :mad:
