So my problem is simple, I sleep WAY to much. This has been a long going problem. I had it under control for about a month or two by having a loud speaker go off and forcing myself to start moving. But now I have 3 alarms set to go off simultaneously and still sleep in. The worse part about it is that i actually wake up to every one and just go back to sleep. All I need is 6-8 hours of sleep but for some reason Ill sleep for double that! Most of the time its 10-12 but I have slept for 14 hours before. I go to bed at 2am most times and set my alarm for 9am. That should be plenty of sleep right?
Im just sick of sleepin my days away. Because of this, it has made it hard to do things other than work and sleep! What can I do to stop this so i can start living each day?! Thanks
