1. what are your current responsibilities/ duties? describe your average day.
2. describe your management style that best supports your ability to be effective and successful on the job.
3. Tell me more about a challenging situation you handled/ resolved at work. What was the outcome/resolution? what did you do? what made it successful?
4. what is your definition of teamwork? describe how you contribute to increased teamwork among people with whom you have worked?
5. what do you consider to be the most important qualities of an effective leader/ manager? with supervisors?
6. How would you describe your management style? what about it has made you successful? what about is has created difficulties/ problems?

i know these questions are very personalized. but i just want to hear a professional response if you were in my position. thank you all so much! i really appreciate any help at all.
 
1. wake up, college, home, pc games, gym, take out trash, late night shows, sleep.
2. work hard while supervisor is watching you , when he/she is gone take it easy.

1. I walk my dog and i have to go to school
2. I always just try my best and that helps me do a succsessful job.
