10% off T-Mobile Bill For Life

ok check this out before i signed i done a search for tmobile premier sites and came across one for the non-ferrous founders society so i went to the tmobile premier site for the went to the migration page filled it out and here is my letter back from tmobile now just a reminder i never signed up to become a member of the above mentioned organization...............................Marcus, as a consumer myself, I understand the significance of receiving
a monthly discount, and it is my pleasure to inform you that I have
attached your account number to the Master Corporate Service
Agreement (MCSA) program and special offers for Non Ferrous Founders
Society employees. The discount will be 10% on all monthly recurring
charges. Please be advised that this discount will apply to all
currently active lines on the account, as well as any additional lines
activated in the future. You will see your discount credits displayed in
the "Adjustments to Bill" section described as "Corporate Volume
Discount" on your billing invoice. This is located in the "Account
Service Detail" included in the "Account Summary" on the first few pages
of the invoice.

Please be advised that the discount may take from 30 to 60 days from the
date of migration to appear on your billing statement. In order to
provide your account with special employee offers, your bill cycle close
date was changed to the 9th of each month. Your account will begin to
have the credit applied once it has run a full cycle from the new bill
cycle date. Your current cycle will run its course, after which your
account will run one short (prorated) bill cycle. Subsequent bill
periods will begin on the 10th of each month and end on the 9th of the
following month. Invoices are mailed approximately 6-8 days after the
close date and your new due date will be the 6th of every month. If
billing delays occur, your due date will be adjusted.

It was my pleasure assisting you, Marcus. I hope I have addressed all of
your concerns today. To get additional information, or for any questions
you may have, please contact our Business Care department using the
information provided below. Our department is available 24 hours a day
to assist you.

i didnt have to fill a migration form- i just gave them a call after joining the website and getting the email with the member id-- ((remember you have to call 1-877-453-8824 not 611 or the regular tmo customer service number))

i just called the 877 number and was asked for three things to verify my membership..they were asking for a work email with my name and the companies email and a work phone number along with the member id. obviously i dont have those so i felt like a fool, haha

I have no idea, but I gave them the e-mail I used to register. She put everything threw, but don't know if it will be accepted. She said I will see if I get my bill and the cycle was changed to Oct. 6th.

Hey, just got off the phone with Tmo 5 minutes ago.. This is totally legit.. The guy actually knew about the Freelancers Union and applied the 10% to my account.. The call did take an hour and a half so be prepared to stay on hold for a looooooong time.. There is no catch.. No cotract extension.. It does change your billing due date but that really shouldn't matter.. Anyway, just thought I would let you guys know..

I'm still kind of iffy about it (too easy and good to be true kind of thing), but I just got off the phone with T-Mobile. I was on hold for about 15 minutes. They did need at least two methods of verification. Gave them my member ID, and then they said they needed the corporate phone number.

Didn't have one, so I quickly brought up their website, went to the contact page, and gave them the first number I saw that could be it, and she accepted it. Said the have to "call the corporate to make sure I'm an employee". I just signed up, so I guess I am ;-).

Changes your bill cycle to the 6th. Mine ended on the 1st, so what she said will happen is that on the 1st i will get new minutes as usual, and then that cycle ends on the 6th, when I get new minutes again. that 5 day cycle will be a prorated bill. Changes can take "up to" 30-45 days to take effect, which is about one billing cycle anyway so no long wait.

Don't know how long I"ll be able to have the discount once I get it, or what the consequences may be of me just "migrating my account to my corporate account", but even if it saves me 10% off my bill for one month, I think it was well worth the effort.

If you are on a one year contract, will this change it to two years (either now or later once you want to renew to get a cheap phone)?

Military discount:

T-Mobile Call 1-866-646-4688. No additional contract required. Their military discounts are: Activation Fee: Waived, Voice rate plans: 9.3%, Data Standalone plans: 3.3%, Add on features: 5.3%, Blackberry Plans: 3.3%, Equipment: $20 off, Overages: 11.3%, Long Distance: 11.3%, International Long Distance: 11.3%

They told me 15% across the board on all services.
