Love how they called Police Academy an R-rated movie series when only the first one was rated R and most of them were PG. And considering all of them were bad anyway the cartoon fits in like a glove.
Yeah just another "Worst Cartoons Ever" list this time with the false motive that each of them can be revived.

Turbo Teen would have a better chance of being revived than the Police Academy cartoon

I think we already have revived 'Turbo Teen'. It's called 'Generator Rex'. 
If they brought back TTA and/or Animaniacs, I would want them to focus too heavily on just spoofing contemporary pop culture. This quote from the Animaniacs reference guides pretty sums up my feelings on how Animaniacs kinda jumped the shark in the Kids WB years.
