This enables the organization to work on a real time basis. You must have heard of ERP's i.e ECONOMIC RESOURCE PLANNING. The main forte of ERP is efficient utilization of resources through Systematic Real Time Information sharing accross the organization enabling a central data base catering to the Information needs whenever required.
