I know there is some info about them on mycricket.com but not a whole lot. I did see my local walmart had a CDM7126 phone kit for $50...

Does the $1/$2/$3 per day plan charge you every day, or on days you use your phone?

Is it possible to convert the $1/$2/$3 day plans to the flat monthly fee unlimited plans?

And I am assuming any of the phone kits at walmart could be used on a regular monthly unlimited plan? (IE: The CDM7126 is $50, but at mycricket.com its $70)

That still didnt answer it but I did find it on another section of the PAYG stuff.

I wonder why Cricket doesnt really advertise these PAYG plans on their site at all? You really need to dig for them.

I don't quite understand why you'd do paygo when you can just get a whole line and everything for 35-40 a month with almost all features.

you are only charged on days you use the service, so incoming calls that are unanswered, incoming sms, etc... don't trigger it. but if you answer the phone, send an sms, or make a call you will be charged for the day.

the paygo makes a lot of sense, only if you don't use your phone at all 3-4 days a week.

Was planning on picking one up to test the coverage, and give one to my parents, since they dont need a cell phone every day, usually just 1-3 times a week and the $1/day would be more than enough.
