09 Ultra License Plate Relocation ?

I believe that there is a Statute in every state that requires the rear license plate to illuminated.
I know that it is required in California, Nevada, Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas.
Just to have the reflective Plate is not enough.
 
Changed mine out on 09 Electraglide Classic. Did quick detach kit and had to use cable ties on crome trim on saddle bag in a pinch. Had people say they liked it---go figure.
 
Kuryakin (or however you spell it) has a kit that removes the rear fender tip and add's a recurved holder with three long LED's and a new tag light.

Hey GMC,i see in the picture that you have a Stebel horn on your bike,could you please post a close up picture because I'm in doubt wether I like it or not and buy the Mini Beast 3 for over $200!!!!!!Thanks
