08 Kawasaki ninja 250r help?

this summer i bought my firs bike a 08 ninja 250r, but i lost my manual, and the cold of winter is here, i feel dumb asking but can anyone help me with proper removal of the battery??thanks.
sorry wasn't specific, i am not sure how to get to the battery..
 
red on black off when messing with battery wires. also, you should be able to find a new manual online on ebay or any other motorcycle site
