I'm pretty sure the bushings are the reason for this annoying rubbing sound when I go over light bumps, accelerate, decelerate, and turn my truck lol. I've worked on cars and trucks since I was 16, however that was mostly engine work and some transmission work, with the exception of turning a truck into a Pre-Runner. I've never run into this problem before and need some guidance. They don't look worn and I keep my truck in good maintenance. Someone mentioned using graphite on the bushings to make it stop, but I've heard it can also make it worse, and since I have no experience with it, I'd like to know your opinion as well. I have 39K miles on it if that helps. Any other ideas? I'm just trying to avoid taking it to Toyota if it's something I can fix on my own.
