07 Dodge Ram stock tires lose traction on dry days on bumps?

I have a 2007 Dodge Ram Big Horn Edition with optional 20" rims, 21k miles. The tires are the stock Goodyear Wrangler tires and they all have about 5/32nds of tread remaining. The ride is just about becoming undriveable: whenever I hit even the smallest bump in the road, the rear tires lose traction and slide to the side- on warm DRY days! What could cause this? I know the stock tires are junk, but if it's something else (like the suspension) that could be under warranty, I'd like to try that first. Or is it most likely just the tires?

few things first tire wore out or shocks bad low air pressure to much air all could do it
