my friend has this 2004 Yamaha yz125 liquid cooled 2 stroke and it use to have loads of power (going down the street at 60mph pulling a wheelie) but now he says it lost its power band the night before he was riding a dark trail that turned into a mud pit (he made it through) could that have any thing to do with it? (the only thing i can think of is there might be water in the gas maybe) any suggestions? Thanks.
this just happened suddenly he has only owned it for about three weeks before that it sat for a year or 2 only being fired up every couple months for a minute or two
