'04 New Styled Dodge Stratus Paint Job and new Front Bumper?

I have an '04 Dodge Stratus SXT, the newer styled, and recently had my bumper destroyed thanks to a rogue snow drift and icy roads. Was wondering if anyone has a good website to order a new front bumper from, or a business in Eastern Montana that sells them.

Also, does anyone know about how much it would cost to get the whole car sanded down, dents removed, gashes filled, and repainted? Or do you know of a good place in eastern Montana that does it?
