03 jeep liberty won't start or turnover,have radio, lights, if you turn ignition,

you probably have corrosion forming on the leads of your battery. Check those first. If you see some green dusty looking substance, that is your problem for sure. You can clean it off with a wire brush. Avoid having it make contact with your skin and especially eyes and mouth. It's a pretty safe job though.

you pro bably have a bad battery, check it at auto zone or another parts place. if you have a voltmeter disconnect the battery and check the voltage. If it is less than 10 volts take it and have it checked.

Sounds to me the battery is dead, if not check the transmition
