Car has 106k miles on it, just got oil changed. Noticed a shaking in the car when I am fully stopped at a traffic light or stop light. When I'm driving at normal speeds the car doesn't shake or anything. But now the engine light is on. What could it be? And what should I do? Thanks!

Ugh the shake is bad mount(s)
Check engine light needs to be properly diagnosed, could be hundreds of things from bad sensors, to misfires etc...
I'd get it to a reputable place and have it checked properly by a professional, good luck.

Look for a vacuum hose that could have been accidentally disconnected during the oil change. It would most likely be around where the oil filter is located. Some people attempt to pull the filter from the top rather the bottom. In that circumstance, a vacuum line or a wire could have been knocked out of place.
