02 Ford Winstar. When it is cold and damp, engine would shut off when car is in slow

speed. Belt squeal? and then car would stall. Checked alternator, power steering pump, water pump. It does it sometime. Sometimes when it stalls, it starts right up and works just fine without stalling again. Can't figure out what it is. Please help.
 
It could be the AC motor. (Idle Air Control) Take it off and clean it with crab cleaner. Clean the throttle area also.
It might also be the coolant temp sensor out of range causing the computer to think it is warmer than it actually is.
If you have access to a scan tool, that will tell you what you need to fix. You can as a temp fix is to raise the idle speed up a little.
