02 dodge neon R/T idle problems?

My 02 dodge neon r/t idles really low in fact it shuts off after its on for a little bit. i hear air escaping from the intake well along that area but when i move it around it doesn't even intend to idle back up but when i mess with the tps/ pedal position sensor it shuts off...and my iat sensor doesn't clip into place either...need help please!

you may need a new tps sensor in it, when they get bad they will cause this to happen and the air you hear escaping from it may be from a vacuum leak on it and you,ll have to find that before you can get it to run right,it just sounds like its got a vacuum leak that's causing the main problem with it,you wont hear a blown head gasket on it,good luck.
