your tranny is bad might just be your thrust pin I think it may be a K1 thrust pin or just google thrust pin in caddillac you should be able to diagnose the problem chances are it may be either the transmission. I dont know about the power steering pump if it is on the front of driver side open up the cap and take a visual inspection of it then see if any is leaking out you may just have a bad hose

The red fluid is transmission fluid, but many cars also use transmission fluid for the power steering system also. Take this somewhere and get it diagnosed and repaired. If you don't this could end up costing you ALOT of money.
