...have been replaced? and I posted this question before got some good feedback , but, it isn't the bushings on sway bar and not the struts. Does anyone have any other ideas. It has 83,000 miles and good tires, but is it possible that better tires would fix the problem. We rotated the tires to see if it made a difference and it didn't. The noise is kind of a bumpy type noise. Any help would be appreciated

Check the ball joints and brake calipers and pads. You've checked just about everything else. Ball joint would give you a bumpy type noise but would most likely go away when it is raining (rain acts as a lubricant and will dampen the sound). When it dries if the sound comes back there is a good chance it is a ball joint.
