01 Dodge Dakota,It is making a thumping sound from the right front wheel.?

I think something is loose or worn out,I have checked everything,the shock is like new,wheel/tire has no play or slack. when I drive on a slightly bumpy surface,it's just a thumping sound.What needs to be replaced or fixed...?

It's more than likely your sway bar, which my be either lose, or broken. It's a simple fix.
