it depends there's a few ways to do this.
if you have a button that says TOOLS click and on the menu it should say DELETE BROWSING HISTORY. click it and will delete everything. click delete all.

They report, how many text messages you have used, minutes, picture mail, and internet access. They don't report content but if they have detailed billing it does.
