Try Maaco. Sometimes they have GREAT specials on paint jobs. I think there were 3 different kinds but I think the most was like $599. I got my 1995 Civic repainted. I picked the cheapest, it was like $299 I think. I just repainted it black but they did a good job.
Maybe the alternator is going bad. Have you had that replaced? Might want to get it checked. The battery can still be good but if the alternator is going out then it could cause the car to go dead.
