How do I turn the IM off on facebook on my phone? It is always on and I don't want it to be.

I live in Arizona and thought about breeding fish and selling them to pet stores and some people who have fish tanks but i heard from someone you need a license? If so how do i get one, and is there a minimum age. I searched google and all i could find were fishing licenses. Thanks
