    Sprint Kyocera Echo won't turn on?

    My Echo frozed and wont go past the logo screen. I've tried restarting it many times but its still not working. It still wont go past the logo. Please dont tell me its nothing else I can do besides take it to the store because thats not what I wanna hear, it requires too much work and bickering...
