...the money going to? I was reading something on yahooanswers in the uk/ireland and they said that but they didn't say where the money was actually sent. My guess is that it's going into:
1. Stronger armor for all AFVs
2. More developments in Special Warfare tactics for all SOFs.
3. More money...
