    Gestational Diabetes test at 1:45 PM today ... anything I need to avoid at lunch?

    I'm having my blood drawn today at 1:45 PM for my gestational diabetes test. The instructions say not to fast but to eat a light meal avoiding excessive sugar. Is a cooked ham sandwich and maybe some tomato soup ok for lunch? I usually eat lunch at 12 noon. I don't want to mess up the test...
