whenever i am out of range the message i am trying to send is saved as a draft, and whenever i reboot my phone it sends them all. how can i disable it from 1 sending the messages after restart. or 2 disable my phone from creating a draft.

For some reason i can't get the fn or shift keys to work while I'm texting. They'll turn on when ever I don't have a text field selected but whenever i do they stop functioning. How do i fix this?
