Should I return the Pre Plus?

I think that you will be if you can hold out for that Tour2. If you return the phone, and just stick with your current Curve, you can use your upgrade when the Tour2 comes out. You get one return, and you would still be ok. I am pretty sure that you will not lose your upgrade if you return...

    iphone 3gS or HTC Hero

I currently have the iphone 3g and looking to upgrade to the 3gs in January, however I saw a demo of the HTC Hero on Youtube and fell in love with it! Here is my dilemma, right now the Hero is offered on Sprint only! Sprint sucks :disappoin Anyway, I love my iphone apps, but the plan is...

    *OFFICIAL THREAD: Nokia E71

I got so used to the call screen saver or whatever it's called. Nokia was known for that. I don't care for the power saving mode. I rather have that feature, than save on power.

Hot rumor: The Nokia N8 with Symbian^3

I may be a minority but I love S60 and many around here do too. Hopefully Nokia releases a E73. For me all I would need/like for the e73 is to be the e72 with a screen just as good or better than the BB 9700 and a navpad tweak. BOOM! I would happily plunk down the cash on launch...

    *OFFICIAL THREAD: Nokia 6650 (RM-324 6650d-1bH) NAM 3G 850/1900

That's always a possibility. My wife and I have a pair (one new & one refurb) and they perform flawlessly. Good thing, as we gave up our land line 5 years ago, so we need reliable cell phones.

Toon Zone Talkback - "The Cleveland Show: Season 1" African-American Dad or Black Family Guy?

"Black Family Guy" pretty much fits it to a tee. The jokes, the cutaway gags... the overall feel and tone of the show is FG. It has it's minor differences (at least Donna isn't a terrible mother, like Lois), but for the most part, it's way too similar in many aspects. Honestly? I still can't...

    Sexiest voices in animation

Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, Wendee Lee, and Denise Poirier (?on Flux). I really should also put Laura Bailey for her role as FMA's Lust - but I had a hard-enough time just looking away from the pictures, never mind hearing her voice ;)

Blog Talkback: Did You Know This Was Anime? - Superbook

I didn't know it was anime when I saw it as a kid in the 80s on Pat Robertson's channel CBN, but I definitely knew it was foreign. I probably approached it with the "cheap Chinese/Japanese junk" prejudice that was prevalent then.

Do you think it's possible for American to make anything not considered Americanized?

Does it matter where it's from or if its American? I don't think so.

Can Seth MacFarlane and crew really not write for girls?

Seth has no problems making Stewie gay. The same with Roger and bringing gay characters. Somebody mentioned they want to stay macho well this is not macho.

Today (May 8) is the 10th anniversary of the "New" Woody Woodpecker Show...

Thanks for the replies. Maybe I should try to start up a Facebook group to bring the fans of this version of Woody Woodpecker out of the woodwork (pun intended)?

TMNT: Fast Forward so far: Thoughts and Speculation (Possible Spoilers)

Why would there be? They won't start showing the final six episodes until the fall. That, and the DVD set containing the second half of Fast Forward will be out next month, WITH those unseen episodes. Keep in mind that they're unseen episodes unless you have Comcast.

    Secondary characters that became stars

Yup, Plucky starred in his very own self-titled show in 1992.It ran for 13 episodes but mostly used episodes from his stint on Tiny Toons. Also Dudley Do-Right starred in one of the backup segments on Rocky and Bullwinkle but was popular enough to get his own show. There was even a live...

    underrated show IMHO

Maybe Wayside and Kappa Mikey might fit in this category. Then does the old-school series who was on Nick like The Mysterious Cities of Gold and Belle & Sebastian could be classifield as underrated? They seems to be overshadowed by YCDTOTV, Danger Mouse, Pinwheel and Count Duckula.

Toon Zone Talkback - Best Animated Feature of 2009: "Coraline"

I liked Coraline but would have preferred Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs or Up.

    TMNT Talkback "Turtles Forever" (Spoilers)

Bebop & Rocksteady were the ones who saved the universe, and it was old toon Don who pretty much saved all the turtles from from sure destruction. They poked fun at how silly the old show is. It's silly, we all know this. But it didn't stop the characters from still playing an important part of...

Why don't they make cartoons with talking animals anymore?

IMO the worst use of anthropomorphic animals is when they are animals for absolutely no reason at all and act just like humans. The best example would be Arthur. In Arthur you have an 'aardvark' who has a pet dog. ??? Whereas Brandy and Mr Whiskers and The Buzz on Maggie (flies), Growing up...
