    Can you sync ringtones to iPod Touch 3g? NO Jailbreak?

    I have a few ringtones in my ringtones folder on iTunes, is it possible to sync them to my iPod Touch 3g without jailbreaking, if so how? I want to use them for certain push notifications and texts.
