    "they changed the brake fluid and bled the system, then changed the master cylinder" - well, that's pretty comprehensive. If that doesn't fix it, you have expensive problems. They should be able to test the modulator. But, W reg? Not worth spending much money on it. Check the wheel cylinders...

    Take it back to factory with the disks you made or the restore partition If it works after a factory restore, its something you did. If it still fails, its hardware - back to the shop for a refund.

    Your PC should be running flash nice and quick. have you tried looking at task manager to see which program is at 100% processor? - sounds like you have something hogging the 2.5Ghz processor. Also having 2 or 3 flash games running can have this problem - farmville and youtube at the same...
