    How to mingle at parties with people you don't know too well?

    A party is one place where you could approach and get to know a person without any qualms. Smile... Introduce yourself... If you think the person has a hobby/interests, ask genuine questions to understand better on the subject. If you find someone your size, make friends, continue meeting people.

    About my AC electronics class.....I'm stuck on two questions and can't find them

    I think it is just a series circuit. A circuit with only resistors is not affected (I think) due to the 4 Khz frequency! Only capacitor and inductor in circuits act on frequencies.
