my 85 honda v65 does not start it turns over but it doesnt start when its 44 degrees outside but when the temp hits 70 degrees it fires right up this is the first time its ever happened ive owned it for 2 years

my sabre has not started two days n a row it turns over but doesnt fire the outside tempature was 44 degrees but when the tempature rises around noon it fires right up ive owned it for two years and its never done this
